I can't find the flight I need
The system is searching for the cheapest options for you. You may not find your chosen connection because there are much cheaper options available.
If you are looking for a specific flight, we recommend that you select the carrier at the same time when entering your travel parameters; this will bring more connections with the required airline into the menu. The exact flight times can then be defined using the filters on the left side of the screen.
If you still cannot find the flight you want, please contact us:

Where can I find the terms and conditions of the tariff
For each offer, you will find a link to the "Tariff Conditions" in the bottom right corner. For standard offers, click on the individual chapters, the most important of which is the "Penalties" category, where you will find information on cancellation and ticket changes.
For lowcost offers, the way the terms and conditions are displayed depends on the carrier. The terms and conditions may be displayed in the same way as for standard fares, or they may be together with others in one category, or they may be a link to the general terms and conditions on the carrier's website.
Tariff content
Next to the fare name you will find the checked baggage icon. You can see whether or not the fare includes checked baggage.
For standard mode offers, there is a clickable "More options" button next to the tariff names, which allows you to compare the content of the different tariffs offered. Lowcost offers do not have this function.
Baggage
The first information about checked-in baggage can be found next to the fare name.
Further information is given in the bottom left corner. If luggage is not included in the price, it can be specified:
not included = baggage is not included in the price of the selected fare; if you require checked baggage, you must select another fare
choose in next step = luggage is not included in the price, but can be purchased in the next step
Full information, including hand luggage, can be found on the same line in the bottom right corner. For standard mode offers the information is complete, for lowcost mode offers the information may be incomplete or may just be a link to the carrier's website.
Generally:
small hand luggage (max. dimensions 40x30x10cm) is carried under the passenger's seat and is usually included in the ticket price
large cabin baggage (max. allowable limit 55x40x20cm, weight up to 8kg) is placed in the luggage space above the seats and is usually included in the ticket price on standard carriers; however, on low-cost carriers it must be purchased for a fee
check-in baggage (maximum size allowed, consisting of the sum of width + height + depth, is 158 cm and weight between 15 and 32 kg) is carried in the aircraft baggage space and whether or not it is included in the ticket price depends on the selected fare
As well as other checked baggage, it can be purchased before departure at the airport or in advance at a lower price directly on the airline's website.
The above information may vary depending on the carrier, fare, class of travel and destination selected. We recommend checking the exact baggage conditions on the airline's website before travelling.

What is the LCC indicator?
LCC (Low Cost Carrier) is a general term for low cost carriers (e.g. Easy Jet, Wizzair, Norwegian Air Shuttle, ...).
This indicator is also used for offers from legacy airlines, but in low-cost mode. Such fares are often more cost-effective, but do not allow you to make a non-binding reservation. Tickets are issued immediately upon completion or approval, often without the possibility of cancellation at a later date (except for flexible fares).
Check-in
Nowadays, airlines generally offer the option of online check-in. You can conveniently check in before departure via the carrier's website or mobile app. The advantage is that not only do you avoid long check-in queues, but online check-in usually also includes the option of selecting your seat in the displayed flight plan at no extra charge.
What will you need to check in?
the passenger's name (usually the last name is all you need)
booking code
In addition, some airlines have started charging for check-in at the airport (e.g. Ryanair, Air Baltic,...).
