Login details and how to change them

To log in, you must enter a username (= work e-mail) and password (= created via the link you sent).

The password can be changed in the "My profile" section on the homepage.

If you wish to change your username, please contact your Corporate Administrator or email us at app@orbix.cz.

Can more than one user be logged in at the same time?

Yes, as each active user has their own login credentials, multiple users can be logged into the system at the same time.

What are the features of TripGate?

In TripGate, you can find flights, book them, cancel them before the ticket is issued, or issue tickets through the system.

However, it is not possible to change already created bookings / issued tickets. Similarly, it is not possible to cancel a ticket that has already been issued.
